About

Driven to help companies discover, understand, and leverage human insights to create connected experiences for their customers and employees.

Chauncey Fong

I am a very curious person that loves to explore different cultures and try to understand them.

I spent my early years moving back and forth between Texas and Southeast Asia, and generally traveling a lot. Experiencing such different cultures and ways of doing things made me more empathetic and observant. I immersed myself in whatever culture I happened to be in—from eating questionable street food in Indonesia to performing at Friday night football games. It’s a skill I still use today to connect with customers across all industries.

With an undergraduate degree in Interior Design from The University of Texas at Austin, I started my career designing sustainable schools. After a few years in the industry, I returned to school for an M.B.A. where I focused on marketing and technology. I’ve honed my craft across a variety of roles and industries, building brands and defining digital experiences but I always focus on the user to create elegant and intuitive design solutions.

I balance my day job with toddler wrangling, cooking my way through my large collection for cook books, and trying to keep my plants alive until we are once again allowed to leave our homes.

Chauncey’s ability to challenge the status quo in a clear, respectable, and productive style is remarkable and an asset to any organization looking for a design manager and leader to inspire teams, improve quality, and achieve success for the organization.
