Autodesk Tandem empowers facility managers running mission-critical facilities like airports, manufacturing plants, hospitals, and data centers to operate more safely, sustainably and efficiently by centralizing and visualizing data for new insights.
As the Experience Architect and Design Manager for Tandem, I worked closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to understand user needs and align roadmap with business strategy. As both player and coach, I drove experience vision, conceptual design, and implementation on key features. I joined the team in 2022 when the product was newly formed within Autodesk Incubation, and ushered it in to the next growth phase as its own business unit, Autodesk Operations Solutions.
