SMBC Group, a global financial group headquartered in Tokyo, offers a wide range of products and services including banking, leasing, securities, credit cards, and consumer finance. They needed a new website design and implementation to unify five existing sites, and an information architecture to unify these under a coherent and intuitive navigation scheme. They also needed a new CMS with usage guidelines.
The sitemap reflected all of the pages on the site, the page template, and phase.
