Chase Email System
Chase is the consumer bank arm of JPMorgan Chase. The company sends out millions of emails everyday. Currently, email communications were owned by individual business units and often looked very different from each other. With a new simplified rebrand, it was the perfect time to reconsider how emails were experienced by Chase’s customers and designed and built internally.
This project is about designing and implementing a marketing email process that supports the strategic vision to be a bold, customer-focused, and digital-first bank.
